Transgender - Is The Voice's Sasha Allen a girl?

Sasha first revealed to be transgender in high school. Sasha was not a smooth transition and was unsure if with the help of his music and friends they would help him handle it. Jim and Sasha both are songwriters. The duo has performed at venues in the area as well as open mics at other venues. The Voice coaches didn't discuss the past of Sasha, but Jim and he shared their experiences prior to performing.
